Description: If the species match for a name is ambiguous no occurrences are returned for such a search. For example there are 3 genera of Campanula:
http://api.gbif.org/v0.9/occurrence/search?scientificName=Campanula

We should change this behaviour to either:

1) include all ambiguous names in the search
2) return some kind of error to indicate there are indeed records]]>
