Description: "GBIF nodes collaborate to promote data papers link has:
a) a bad URL (2 slashes //) which exists in LIVE too
b) opens in a new tab

suggest a) and b) are both wrong ]]>

Comment: This is an content management issue and has just been fixed. Now the extra forward slash is cleaned and it opens in the same window.
