Description: This dataset was registered recently http://registry.gbif.org/web/index.html#/dataset/1b412457-43cf-4a6f-b5c2-7acf01be5977
and registry-change logged that "creation ignored because no crawlable endpoint". There is no log message for a subsequent update of the dataset, so something is wrong in the firing of messages from registry on creation of dataset from an IPT (where all endpoints are in theory created simultaneously).]]>
