Description: Create the metrics api project, and analyze the portal and design and implement the cube definitions for
- density tiles
- occurrence statistics for (e.g.) dataset pages
- clb metrics

Anticipate cube definitions (dimensions and rollups) for:
a) density tiles
b) occurrences
c) name usages
d) names]]>
