This issue relates to POR-2100.

Basically the DwC-a validator is not a reliable tool when checking the EML file.
One example is the Kew herbarium dataset that validated online:http://tools.gbif.org/dwca-reports/168-2923499380908378034.html

But which fails indexing due to errors like these:
 violates a NOT NULL constraint
or
'rights' - [size must be between 1 and 2147483647]

The log file in Kibana tells me these messages stem from the Postgres DB.]]>
