Summary: Geocode-ws hangs for days on some queries
Description: Tomcat manager reports days-long waits as a geocode lookup hangs. Call comes from api as expected but appears to never return nor get cleaned up. Trying some of the showing queries returns instantly.

I tested many millions of random points through the API.

But perhaps, more generally, we should log when any API call takes longer than 30s or something.
