I suppose Dag is asking for a Georeference + has coordinateUncertaintyInMeters metric? Can you please follow up with him [~mraymond] and ask if this assumption is right? It isn't exactly clear from his comment.

At least we have this historic information, since raw_occurrence_record.lat_long_precision mapped to dwc:coordinateUncertaintyInMeters and abcd:CoordinateErrorDistanceInMeters

Thanks for reminding me of this comment. However, not quite sure that I still remember the context of my comment, perhaps in a response to one of the Nodes surveys?
I might have been suggesting a visualization of the coordinateUncertaintyInMeters in the map view. Similar to as is made on the Norwegian GBIF node, as example (zoom in to see the WKT polygon as a box, and the coordinate uncertainty as a circle):
