Description: A project to support creation of CLI interfaces as well as long running non web services.

This is mostly done already and waiting for upstream changes in JCommander.

This is now under review at CR-GBIFCOM-1. Commit is pending this review and still waiting for the JCommander dependency.

Apart from that I'd call it done.
