Summary: CRAM Monitor: remove the "Health" tab, or make it functional
Description: The crawling monitor (http://apps.gbif.org:8080/b_crawler-ws/) has a tab titled "Health". Current display suggests that there are issues, e.g. an error that "HBase is not responding". Apparently, these messages are static fakes, suggesting future functionality. If this is indeed the case, it is a bit confusing for the occasional user. Suggest to either remove the tab (or make it invisible / put a big "static demo only" sticker on top), or make it functional as a real health monitor.
