Description: On the occurrence search, there are several display issues with the "Last modified in GBIF filter:

* Select box and date field do not have same height
* Unclear how one can apply filter (the + button is very small)
* The applied filters section is not well integrated: it appears quite low and a number of borders at the bottom seem to be repeated (see screenshot 1).
* The apply button would be better positioned to the right.
* Once a filter is applied and one wants to edit the filter, the calendar popup appears in the top left corner (probably a position: absolute without a position: relative on parent issue) (see screenshot 2)

This design issue might also apply to other date based filters (did not test).]]>
