Description: The LocationInterpreter does not yet handle dwc:coordinateUncertaintyInMeters although its a rather common field in occurrences. Example record: http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/925360535

Needs to convert meters into decimal degrees taking into account the actual coordinate]]>

This would be a good thing to implement. I know for consistency sake, it is preferred to translate the value in degrees (= the same unit as the coordinates), but in contrast with elevationAccuracy (and similar) it's harder for the end user to interpret such a value. Meters is more intuitive and also (I think) what GPS units give back as error.

The example record gives a 404. Here's a new one: http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/1078706204/verbatim
