Description: The TemporalInterpreter class uses a date range to test for valid recorded, modified and identification dates. For the upper limit the current day is used.

This is fine for the day the CLI is started, but as we keep the processing running for days we do not increase the valid date ranges and thus records get invalidly flagged as having unlikely dates. Example: http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/923925309]]>
