Description: Now country pages are in Drupal, we can remove them from the struts application (all traces of them, including tests etc).
It is tempting to leave them in "as they cause no harm" but they will become outdated quite quickly, and the less we maintain in Struts2 the easier it will be to harmonize the styling for the migration to bootstrap3.
