Description: Uruguay has re-signed the MOU and are now again a GBIF Voting Participant. Can you update the registry?
Uruguay was originally a VP but was moved to Observer status in July 2013. They are now back as VP as of 7 October.
I updated their membership status in the IMS (Participants ID 260) from Observer to Voting Participant. I refreshed the website and the information is now listed correctly on the contacts web page: http://www.gbif.org/contact/directoryofcontacts#voting
However, on the Participation page - http://www.gbif.org/participation/list - the information is not yet updated. ]]>

Uruguay has been upgraded to voting participant.
