Description: Pages in java are hand-crafted HTML that has more flexibility then what is provided by Drupal templates. We need to develop a new template/content-type that supports flexibilities such as:

1) Authors can decide, on a per-well basis, whether it's full-width or 8:4 columns;
2) The positioning of navigational "quick links" sidebar.
