Description: call http://staging.gbif.org:8080/checklistbank-search-ws/search?q=halodule
the 4th result is of Catalogue of Life. The nubKey 2864092 is correctly pointed to Halodule in our nub taxonomy (a seagrass genus), but key 105022138, which should be Halodule in COL, is erroneously pointed to a Lep genus.

Comment: This is simply because the solr search index is out of date and needs to be rebuild every time we (re)index a checklist. In staging we don't do this all the time though. Worth discussing if we want that for presentations though

Comment: Understood. If the rebuild can be automated, that's great. I raise this because of I am writing a module for importing checklist from our service to Drupal, as part of ScratchPads services, so later it'll be used from outside once the API made public.

Comment: Once public this must happen for sure - just during internal developments now be prepared to encounter out of sync search indexes

As expected this was due an outdated solr index.
The new index on jawa returns the right id for the CoL usage:
