Description: I tweeted last month about the Moscow University Herbarium's dataset (http://www.gbif.org/dataset/e0507994-aa35-4ec0-be28-92d4a3c11f75) being the first from Russia. I did so on the strength the 'Data Publishing' tab of the country page here:
http://www.gbif.org/country/RU/publishing
However, we have another Russian publisher (providing Russian data, no less) that's definitely not reflected on that particular country page:

Suspect this is something to do with metadata entry, but it would be good to pinpoint the issue and address it if possible ahead of Dmitry's meeting in Russia next month.]]>

Is it possible an indication of widespread problem, or a single case? One possibility is to run a search for country names through all the text elements on the webpages on datasets that are not published by nodes, and then to check if hits will highlight more datasets with gappy meta.
