Description: This epic contains stories that together will revise our resource management on Drupal.

There are 3 major components to be implemented:
1. A revised Drupal taxonomy that aims at categorising both the resources and existing content objects(news, information, featured data use, featured dataset). This includes a sub-component that helps migrate the existing taxonomy to the new taxonomy. The sub-component (POR-2500) may be implemented after the resource module.

2. A new module that takes care of the configuration, authoring and presentation of resources. This includes the data import from the IMS resource which, once successful in production, will be a one-time action followed by (bravely) cutting-off resource management on the FileMaker.

3. Bring Mendeley synchronisation back to live and include it as a tab in the Resource section. This will be a major rewrite of npt_mendeley module to gbif_mendeley module and uses the OAuth2 Mendeley API for authentication. (There is a plan about revamping Mendeley citation management but that will be in a separate epic because it'll involve major implementation of biblio and providing enriched view of citations the their relationships with other Drupal contents.)

Upon completion of this epic, old IMS related modules and the npt_mendeley module will be retired.]]>
