Description: Algae Fucus genus exists 3 times in nub cause of 3 erroneous CoL entries.
Updating to latest CoL and deprecating doubtful col taxa should solve this issue.
---
Ive checked and our nub entry for Fucus is based on a doubtful entry in the old catalogue of life:
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/usage/105068914
There is also another accepted Annelida Fucus genus, so it appears to be a homonym:
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/usage/105065078
The latest catalogue of life does only contain the algae, so even the Annelida appears to be an error that has been corrected since.

Markus, I have say that I did actually not check the full results when
searching for specimens nested under Kingdom Chromista.
I *presumed* that Fucus would not be returned because of the tree
shown in this link:
http://data.gbif.org/species/browse/taxon/1010512?qs=Fucus
But today I clicked on the "see overview page" link of that tree
(under the name "Fucus"), and I see this other page which actually
nests "Fucus" name under 3 different classifications:
http://data.gbif.org/species/1010512
One of them is correct: Kingdom: Chromista, Phylum: Ochrophyta, Class:
Phaeophyceae, Order: Fucales, Family: Fucaceae, Genus: Fucus
But the other two are wrong (Fucus is an algae, not an animal)

Comment: Latest nub has only 1 Fucus genus in the Chromista, just as CoL does
