Description: Tags block in the filter serves as a mechanism to lead visitors to the view of all nodes that are tagged with the clicked term.

It should be possible that each term in tags can have a checkbox so when checked, this block would works like a facet while the link still works as previously described.

The special requirement for tags is that we want it to be flexible and possible to group them with attributes. So some pre-populated terms that don't need a dedicated vocabulary will be attributed. And when shown in the facet, the attribute will appear when available.
