Description: When using the Feedback form in Chrome (I have the most current version, but this has been ongoing in all recent versions, I'm just finally getting around to submitting this), it is impossible for a user to know there are other fields present beneath the Submit/Close bar as there is no scroll bar on the form. And when selecting the drop-down for component, the components show underneath the Submit/Close bar. Most users (I've watched a curator here try to submit something and I had to tell them they could use their arrow keys to arrow down the list) don't know they can maneuver the form with their keyboard arrows, tab and mouse scroll. The instruction to "press down to select is not sufficient to mean the down keyboard arrow as opposed to selecting the downward pointing button at the far right of the component bar. Could you include a vertical scroll bar on the form to clue the user in that there is more on the form than they can see? You might include a scroll bar on the Component select list also.
