Description: Bear in mind that:
a) dataset title and citation might change in the future, but we wish to show the details on the day of download
b) we currently support dynamic linking to the query (e.g. click to see the search) which might become troublesome in the future (DOIs live for 10 years +) and we might want to capture a single human readable string for the query.
c) requires a DOI field of course

Consider pulling all this info from the download metadata.xml file. Debate vs storing fields in db.
