Description: GBIF Metadata Profile version 1.1 will be released shortly. Currently all our projects use version 1.0.2

Please update the registry console to accommodate the changes introduced in version 1.1

# Show multiple userIds for any agent
# Show the maintenanceUpdateFrequency, which can inform the crawler operator how often the dataset should be indexed.
# Ensure the intellectualRights is shown correctly. If the license name and URL fields are added to the Dataset API object, ensure they are shown.]]>

Comment: Work on the console cannot be done until the API and registry-metadata changes are implemented first.

The dataset license and maintenanceUpdateFrequency were added to the dataset overview page and the userId was added to the Contact form.
