Description: GBIF Metadata Profile version 1.1 will be released shortly. Currently all our projects use version 1.0.2

Please update the Portal to show the changes introduced in version 1.1

# Show multiple collections on the Dataset page (previously portal may have expected a single collection).
# Decide if we continue to show a single (primary) contact, creator, and metadataProvider on the summary section of the Dataset page, or if we should make a layout change and show ones instead.
# Show userIds for any agent (requires change to common agent macro).
# Show the maintenanceUpdateFrequency for a Dataset on the Dataset page (requires adding properties for each entry in the vocabulary with the display title)
# Show multiple project personnel on the Dataset page (previously only a single person may have been expected).
# Show the project ID attribute in the Project section of the Dataset page.
# Ensure the project description gets shown in the Project section of the Dataset page.
# (Pending decision) Show the licenseTitle and licenseUrl fields in the rights section of the dataset page. Or, ensure the HTML anchor inside the intellectualRights statement is shown correctly (when coming in from EML ).]]>

Work completed, however, most changes listed in this issue will be deferred to being done made in reengineered portal by [~hoefft] and [~bko@gbif.org].

The only changes made to the current portal include: 1) to show the dataset license implemented by [~mdoering@gbif.org] and 2) to show the contact userIds.
