Description: Keywords from an eml.xml should be parsed into Dataset Tags in the namespace defined by the Keywords Thesurus.

But if you take an example resource like Vascan you see that this isn’t working.

Example, http://data.canadensys.net/ipt/eml.do?r=vascan&v=30 these keywords are not in the registry, and thus not shown on the dataset page: http://www.gbif.org/dataset/3f8a1297-3259-4700-91fc-acc4170b27ce

It could be that our parsers expect that the Thesaurus URI must be a single URI]]>

Comment: [~jlegind@gbif.org] can you please take a look at other example datasets, to see if their tags are properly populated from their published EML.xml? Thanks
