Summary: Test IPT 2.2-SNAPSHOT actually works with the legacy API and pushes DOIs
Description: We've coded the legacy API to accept DOIs but we need to test an IPT and verify that it does indeed succeed in minting a DOI, pushing that to the registry, and updating the DOI with a new one.
