Description: This ipt should use the "staging profile when built so that it preserves its data directory when the war is unpacked by tomcat.

IPT should be configured to use gbrds.gbif-dev.org for its registry.

Every time the Dev registry is blown away and recreated from Live, we have to remember to repopulate it using the SQL script inside registry-examples here: https://github.com/gbif/registry/blob/master/registry-examples/src/test/resources/registry-inserts.sql Otherwise the IPT will break!]]>
