EndOfRecords incorrectly showing as false

Description: http://api.gbif.org/v1/species/search?q=Puma&rank=GENUS&limit=100

It seems when the result size is limited to 50, and there are 50 in the results, that endOfRecords is incorrectly showing "false".  There are 50 records in the results, a count of 50 so it should say that this is the end of records.
