Description: What is the reasoning behing only allowing the ADMIN role to see a list of all downloads: http://api.gbif.org/v1/occurrence/download/ ?

Is this a privacy concern? Username (but not email) and search parameters for a download are available to everyone for individual downloads anyway: http://api.gbif.org/v1/occurrence/download/0003589-140616093749225

In my opinion download statistics are a very interesting metric and I would love to see this publicly available (maybe excluding the fields that could be a privacy concern).]]>
