Summary: Configure all cli poms to deploy the shaded jar to nexus
Description: The shaded occurrence-cli is not deployed to nexus and registry, metrics and clb cli use different ways of deploying. CLB deploys a ARTIFACT-VERSION-shaded.jar while the others strip off the shaded classifier. We should use the same method all over, preferably deploying both the shaded (with classifier) and the normal jar
