Description: Many of the deleted and new nub ids are automatically generated autonyms.
For example Cissampelos ovalifolia f. ovalifolia used to have id 6630419 and now is http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/usage/6796854

Same for Phacus acuminatus subsp. acuminatus Stokes
new http://ecat-dev.gbif.org/usage/6716199
old http://data.gbif.org/species/6563099/

There is also a variety autonym Phacus acuminatus var. acuminatus, maybe that interfers?

autonyms were always assigned a new id instead of trying a lookup:

Unfortunately not entirely solved, but much better. Lates nub build using the above patch only added 32 thousand new ids while the previous one added 161 thousand!
