Summary: Interpret species info habitat values
Description: During checklist normalization we should interpret the mostly uncontrolled habitat values in the species info extension to set the various habitat flags there are (isMarine, isTerrestrial, etc). Catalog of life for example only populates habitat but uses very matching values like "terrestrial", "marine", "brackish"
