Summary: Consider to validate posted metadata XML documents
Description: When posting new metadata xml documents to a dataset the registry does not validate according to a schema, but just does a very basic well formed xml check and looks for a simple root element to detect it is either an EML or a DC document. We should validate EML (and also DC) according to xml schema(s)
