Description: When an entity is deleted the deleted timestamp is set correctly but modified and modified by show the person who made the last modification.  This means there is no way to know who or what deleted an entity.

In the absence of a deletedBy (which is probably unnecessary to add) it would be better to set the modifiedBy and modification date to the account and time doing the deleting, and treat a deletion as a modification + setting a deletion.]]>
