code is trying to get a list of extensions from:

http://gbrds.gbif.org/registry/extensions.json
http://gbrdsdev.gbif.org/registry/extensions.json

These do not exist in varnish. Instead of keeping all old urls in the vcl we should udpate the validator code to use the new rs.gbif.org based urls]]>
