Description: Check if the dataset license contradicts any record-level license. Depending on the conflict, decide to either a) discard the dataset, b) discard the record, or c) simply don't show the record-level license on the occurrence detail page.
Background information:
The dataset license can be parsed from the dataset metadata described using GBIF Metadata Profile version 1.1 / IPT v2.2 (see POR-2560). The record-level license should come in on dcterms:license, or even dcterms:rightsHolder. ]]>
