The administrative contact's name shows as:

Igor Smirnov Khalikov

The EML XML specifies the contact's name as Igor Smirnov though:

    Igor
    Smirnov
  
{code:xml}

It adds the last name of the creator/metadataProvider Roman Khalikov

The original eml.xml document is attached, to debug our metadata parsing.

This issue should be fixed by https://github.com/gbif/registry/commit/3b31ec1de5fce9b1e15aebc3df33e8bfdfe4e369

Verification still needed, before the registry services are re-released and re-deployed to production.
