Dates are wrong in registry crawl

Description: I started a crawl at approximately 11:18 in Copenhagen.

But the WS [1] reports

startedCrawling: "2015-05-11T22:00:00.000+0000",
finishedCrawling: "2015-05-11T22:00:00.000+0000",
{code}

The time portion of the date is incorrectly being set.

Comment: Not only the time portion is incorrect, also the date itself, as the crawl was started on 2015-05-12, not 2015-05-11.

A screenshot from the CRAM shows that the times appear correct in the crawler-ws but appear incorrect when archived in the registry database...
