Description: For all datasets without a DOI - issue a GBIF one.

CC [~mdoering] [~kbraak] who might know of an easy way to initiate this. It is necessary to link Thomson Reuters papers to the sources.]]>

Updating a dataset without changing its content will assign it a new GBIF DOI.
The simplest solution I can think of is to write a small java class that iterates over all datasets and udpates the ones without DOI. As we only need to do this once there is no need to create fat jars, cli's, etc. We can even run it from the IDE.

If you agree I can do that quickly, a one time off job is very simple

Comment: Done, over 4000 new GBIF DOI have been assigned and all non-deleted datasets in prod now have a DOI
