Description: For CLB backbone building we need to find the checklist datasets tagged as a nub source. There is no search method in the registry to find entities, especially datasets, having specific (machine) tags.

Add at least a dataset search by tag, but try to implement this for any taggable registry entity. Search either by simple tags or by doing a query by example by submitting a machine tag]]>
