Description: We need to document the download format we offer somewhere, especially the interpreted terms within the GBIF namespace and why we use them. For example why we use gbif:depth and not dwc:maximumDepthInMeters

So far we have a blog post about the technical nature, some documentation about the interpretation process and of course our API java docs but most fields lack detailed documentation:
