Description: The data published by the DRC shows as dots on maps, so clearly GBIF are happy that these records are geospatially valid.  However, beside the map, it shows as "0 countries, territories and islands which is wrong.

This implies that the country cube counts are incorrect?

Comment: Cubes had drifted from the accurate result.  Fixed with a cube rebuild
