Summary: Expand GBIF references extension (or support EOL's)
Description: GBIF's references extension http://tools.gbif.org/dwca-validator/extension.do?id=gbif:Reference is pretty coarse and lacks many of the terms expected by a decent bibliographic database (compare it to EOL's much richer vocabulary http://eol.org/schema/reference_extension.xml). Neither is perfect but it would be great if GBIF's could be expanded (say by merging with EOL's and adding a few extra fields).
