Description: Currently all vernacular names of a usage in the search result are shown.
For example from http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal-web-dynamic/species/search?q=Aves&initDefault=false&offset=20&limit=20
"""
Phorusrhacidae Ameghino, 1889
"""
Only the current locale or the english default should be shown or we get far too long results at some stage for certain results.]]>

Another example is a "Abies alba" search (see attached screenshot):
http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal-web-dynamic/species/search?q=Abies+alba&checklist=16c3f9cb-4b19-4553-ac8e-ebb90003aa02&checklist=d7dddbf4-2cf0-4f39-9b2a-bb099caae36c&initDefault=false
returns lots of vernaculars, incl German for an english search.
All vernaculars are here and they have a language given:

Comment: Also I think names without a language given should be shown in case there is no name matching the locale already
