Description: I know we're all aware that we have work to do in getting our citation information caught up to the licensing changes (for instance, individual vs. institutional credits at the start of the citation), but it looks as if there's something broken about the rights statement in the very last sentence here.

Under the section RIGHTS, we have a sentence fragment:
"This work is licensed under a ."

Is it supposed to be picking up text or perhaps the appropriate image of a CC designation?]]>

Indeed.  The EML actually has this which should be parsed (and comes from the IPT)
