Description: For species http://www.gbif.org/species/1268445 (Apanteles conanchetorum) there is a Pensoft dataset that has 95 occurrences. I click on the link http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/search?taxon_key=1268445&dataset_key=47ce9ad5-19ad-4166-ac0a-dbb02b5f1aa2 and I get 0 occurrences. If I go to the data set http://www.gbif.org/dataset/47ce9ad5-19ad-4166-ac0a-dbb02b5f1aa2 it has been deleted. If I search for data with this title http://www.gbif.org/dataset/search?q=Streamlining+the+use+of+BOLD+specimen+data+to+record+species+distributions%3A+a+case+study+with+ten+Nearctic+species+of+Microgastrinae+%28Hymenoptera%3A+Braconidae%29

I get four hits, none of which have say they have occurrences in GBIF (although there are occurrences in the DwCA archive for at least one of the datasets, I only check done).

So I guess there are a bunch of issues, such as duplicated data, data lingering in the index when its deleted, and occurrence data not being indexed when it is present (perhaps because DwCA insists on flagging data as taxa or , occurrences, but not allowing for both).

I've flagged this example because Lyubo gave a talk at the barcoding meeting using it as an example http://dx.doi.org/10.3897/BDJ.2.e4153 and it is horribly broken.

Comment: With recent data management this appears fixed now.  Please can you confirm the issue can be closed?

Comment: The search http://www.gbif.org/dataset/search?q=Streamlining+the+use+of+BOLD+specimen+data+to+record+species+distributions%3A+a+case+study+with+ten+Nearctic+species+of+Microgastrinae+%28Hymenoptera%3A+Braconidae%29 now returns the single, live, dataset, so yes, the issue can be closed.
