Description: The dataset class and table has an alias an abbreviation property which look redundant. There are only 13 records in the prod database that have an alias entry, only 3 with an abbreviation which is the same as the alias in those cases.

Propose to remove the abbreviation and keep the alias property, stating in the API docs that it should be used for a shortname that can be used on webpages and reports as an alternative short name. Restricted on class and db to 16 characters. ]]>
