Summary: Every project uses mvn properly with config from github, and each README updated
Description: configs live in gbif-configuration. Biggest offender here is occurrence, but check them all. After making sure they build and configs are working nicely also update the README at top-level with description and build instructions, and also any sub-module READMEs with the same build and description info (and any gotchas you may have found).
