Summary: New ELK install (elasticsearch, logstash, kibana)
Description: The existing one is still running as the lars user with ancient hand crafted ruby scripts. Bring it up to a standard install, including builtin old-log pruning to preserve disk. NOTE: the most important feature of this thing is the link from the Crawling Monitor (CRAM) that has a dataset preselected. Tim had to do reverse-engineering voodoo on the last version so that needs to be investigated/replicated.
