Description: The CLI scripts are intended to be run as the "crap user.  When done so once, the log files are created owned by crap.

It is fairly common that someone inadvertently starts them as root user.  Then another person comes and restarts them, deploys or whatever as the crap user.  This means that they can't write into their log files.

The scripts should be foolproof.  If run as root, they should launch the applications as the correct user regardless.]]>
